Moses, Safi, and Max are having a nice evening. Safi steps away when she gets a call. While Max is walking home, she gets one of her migraines tied to her powers. She finds her friend dead and must find out who the culprit is. Max learns she can shift to a reality where her friend is still alive and can shift between the dead reality and the alive reality.
