You might be feeling a little strange seeing the title of this post but you will understand it after completing my post. I have made this post because I also felt that this is something that should come to the mind of every person. As soon as the salary is credited to our account, many people start spending on many types of things. Some people order their favorite thing through online shopping, while on the other hand many people go to the market or a shopping mart and do a lot of shopping and to tell the truth, many of these expenses are such that they are useless to a large extent. I am telling this on the basis of my own experience and when I see the people around me and listen to many people, I also come to know the same from their words. Many times it happens that I want to open a shopping website but the tempting advertisements are shown there in such a way that many of those things which will never be of any use to us, start appearing to us as if they are useful to us. When we go to a shopping mall, we see things here and there and it happens that we also buy those things which may be useful to us but many things attract us and we buy them thinking that they may be useful in the future but in reality we hardly need those things. This happens to me many times. Many times I go to the shopping mart near my office and see many kitchen accessories there, then I feel that this thing can be useful to us too, so why not buy it. But when I bring it home and when the family members see it, their first reaction is that what is the use of this, when till now work was being done without it, then why did we waste money in buying it.

If you spend wastefully and you cannot control it even if you want, then I would give you an advice that whenever you are going to buy something, first of all ask yourself whether I need this thing because till now your work was going on without it, but then why did you suddenly feel the need for it. It is very important to know what is needed because if the need is logically correct then there should be no objection in buying that thing, but if it is needed and work can be done without it, then it is a wasteful expenditure. For example, suppose there is a person who has a bike which is about 8 years old and he sees that all his friends are buying new bikes and the performance of those bikes is also very good and keeps changing, bikes with modern technology are available in the market. In such a situation, you will also feel like leaving your old bike and buying a new bike. But will this really be logically correct because the work of both the bikes will be the same and you will be able to ride only one bike at a time, so this is kind of a waste of money.
Similarly, if instead of a bike you buy something that is important for the family and is also useful for the family, then that money will be spent at the right place. For example, if you buy a car instead of a bike, then you will get a lot of convenience in it and you and your family can travel together and many people can travel together.
If you just ask yourself whether this is necessary, then so many unnecessary expenses will be saved and you can save your money and use it for some good work.
