A few pints of the black stuff

Arah would ya look at that. A big delicious juicy creamy pint of the black stuff and doesn't it look absolutely marvellous folks.

Yep, a great looking pint right there. A nice big creamy head, sure you couldn't beat it with a stick!

We had a work party last week and three of my favourite friends from work met me before the official work party for a few pints and they looked pretty damn good, eh.

I was delighted to see that JulieAnn Russell who plays on the same team as my children was voted as player of the year, which was pretty cool.

JulieAnn also played for Ireland in Friday night's first leg qualifier against Wales which finished in a 1-1 draw.

The girls in the club met up to watch JulieAnn and her team mates at the club.

I'm a coach with the club and it's really heartening to see some more girls up and coming and destined for big things.

Here's a few that represented Galway this weekend. Who knows, maybe one of them will be the nect Julieanne?
