I first woke up at around 6 AM today. No alarm, nothing—just woke up, went to the bathroom, then went back to sleep, and the next thing I knew, it was 10:30 AM. Waking up at 10 AM is not ideal—it kind of messes up your whole day.
I had planned to clean the kitchen, work on a YouTube video, and read a lot today. I managed to get through about 50 pages of the new David Icke book I started, but I didn’t touch that YouTube video. I’ll definitely handle that tomorrow, along with the cleaning.
Still, I won’t blame waking up late for not getting everything done. The real culprit is that thing you see in the pic above—a power box designed for VW or Audi four-cylinder diesel engines. I’ve had it for a while and tested it a couple of years ago, but with little success.
Back then, I had a faulty turbo, so the engine wouldn’t run properly with the power box installed. But now, with a new turbo, I figured I’d give it another shot. Took me about half an hour to install because the spot where it goes was a bit tricky to reach.
Got a few scratches and bruises from the job, but it was worth it... kind of. When I first started the engine, there was more smoke than usual from the exhaust, and the first few miles were a bit smoky too.
I guess it takes a bit for the power chip to settle in. This thing promises better fuel efficiency and more power. I haven’t tested the fuel efficiency yet since I was focused on how the engine ran, and believe me, this is no placebo.
I got it from a friend who used it on his Volkswagen Golf, and he was pretty happy with the results. So far, I am too. But if I end up not liking it after a while, I’ll just remove it.
Spent quite a bit of time testing it today, and I did kind of risk having my driver’s license suspended... but it was worth it 😀.
Maybe the bull market will be kind enough to help me afford a newer car soon, but until then, I’m making lemonade with the lemons I’ve got. That’s all from me for now. Wishing you all a great day—see you next time!
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
