Hello great hivers in this great community. Welcome back to my blog. Seen the topic for discussion for this week 131: edition 1, I just thought to myself, of what use is listening to the news always when all you hear is bad news. Nothing to encourage us at all. Nothing positive comes from today's Media. I don't know if anyone have noticed it before now, but all the is filled in our today's news capable of killing someone.
Coming from that angle you will know that for your own good, sometimes you need to be away from our news so that you can stay alive. Without that you will struggle with your BP.
ME AND NIGERIAN NEWS
I have gradually developed cool feet as long as Nigerian news is concerned. At first I was so interested in listening to News both morning and night. Then I made sure that I get all the gist, all the announcement and also all the happenings in the country and beyond. But to my surprise most of the things that I listened to us half baked truth. That is the reason why I named my post today the half baked truth in the social media. You can never get the complete truth from these guys. They just give you what they want you to hear and not the truth. Sometimes they will make you anticipate something that will never come to play. After I have experienced it for a while I decided to respect myself. Hahaha 😂. Though it sounds funny, but that is just the truth. I don't need their lies any more. I will somehow get to the truth. This is the little way I handle any news from them now.
MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE OUT THERE.
Ever since I went to a little training concerning radio broadcasting and journalism. I now know a little about what if going on in there. I know who to listen to and what to believe. I don't believe everything that is said out there in the news stations or a Radio station.
So, I advice everyone to check for the truth and only the truth so as not to be carried away by what they hear. Carry out your own research too. Some government radio stations or television stations just bring to you what the government only want you to hear and not what is happening around you. They purposely keep some truth away from you simply because they feel that it will cost more harm than good. This is their own way of saving the people. But I think that the news should be said just exactly the way it is.
In summary I think that we need the news so as to know what is happening around us, but we also need to be very careful about what we listen to and what source we have to feed on the current situation of the country. We also need to know that there is nothing new under the sun. No matter what we hear or see from the news we need to get hold of ourselves so that we can be alive to witness the great change that is forth coming.
