On weekends I like to rest and get out of bed late, allowing myself to sleep until my body tells me to stop....
Once I wake up, I take my mobile phone, put on my headphones and get ready to meditate, a habit I have been doing for a long time without interruption and I confess that I love it because it allows me to explore in depth the proposal indicated by the guide or simply let myself be carried away by the music.
I remember one particular meditation - despite having a bad earache - that Saturday I woke up early, look at the 7:00 am clock and say to myself: it's still early. I wrap up and close my eyes, without falling asleep.
I take my mobile phone and decide to meditate, in the downloaded options I find one that I hadn't done before: meditation with the mother whale I decide on that one, I put on the headphones, close my eyes and follow the guidelines; I breathe deeply, inhale - exhale, feeling lightness in my body, little by little I submerge myself in the sea.
Slowly my naked body sinks towards the deep... I feel cold, I open my eyes and everything is dark, I remain static, it was not necessary to swim, only the bubbling sound of the sea accompanies me, that sound when we submerge in the sea, that one. Suddenly I feel a song in the distance, I can't see anything, the sound repeats itself closer - It's the song of a whale!- I say.
She approaches me carefully, I reach out my arm and stroke her smooth cold skin as she moves around me. In her cetacean language she says to me:
-Shall we start the journey?
-I say: yes
Then, I climbed on his back and we swam. The darkness of the sea turned into a starry sky, I could see the constellations, some became brighter and even the moon was present.
Suddenly the sea changed colour, it felt warmer, we swam straight to the surface. In the clearer water we could see the reflections of the sun. The whale stays on the surface breathing, there I am on it, my body shining in the reflection of the light, I see each chakra in its colour vibrating in waves.
Suddenly I put my hand to my ear and feel pain and say: ***It's time to go back!
We dive in and arrive at the start of the journey, the bellena says goodbye saying: Remember, we safeguard the history of creation.
I wake up, look at the clock: Sunday, 7:00 am.
I hope you like my participation. Thank you Mr. @Galenkp
