⏺ I want you to tell me about a life-changing "hack" (a trick or shortcut that makes your life easier), the one that changed your life. Be inspiring to me and other readers. It can be any hack or change you made. It must be a thing YOU DID, YOURSELF! Tell me how it worked and what was needed. Did it cost you time, money, etc.? And how long did it last?
After my 3 days of confinement in the hospital, and hot discharged in the morning..a short vacation hehe!. Nothing was serious in my condition it was just part of growing up hehe. Well, my fever reached 40.1 degrees Celsius. I got stranded in almost waist-level floodwaters in Manila, during the typhoon. I was still lucky because some of the other victims, their houses were nowhere to be found during the flash flood.
So, after I got discharged from the hospital, I went to the church to pray. I have a lot of blessings that I need to be thankful for.
Everything happens for a reason, maybe God permitted it to happen that I got sick to get the chance to rest and refuel my body, I must admit I have abused myself from everything, work..staying at the hospital for mom, then home studies for Nico and other obligations and responsibilities, I took for granted my health.
Hehehe the pale me here..without the lipstick, I looked like a walking dead, hehe.
After my short stay inside the church and waiting for my cousin, who went to the Drug Store to buy some of my medicines, I got the chance to capture some photos at the Church ground.
Every time I visit the church, I always find time to capture some flower photos there..simple and beautiful flowers which I also didn't know the name of hehe.
I felt so weak at that time but the quiet, simple yet beautiful surroundings made me happy..that after 3 days surrounded by different medical apparatus, I got the chance to see beautiful nature elements today..nature is still my energizer.💚
A colorful life with colorful flowers, but I choose to post the blue, violet, and purple colors..those captivated my eyes today, as the green plants and palm trees 🌴.
So many reasons to be happy in our life, learning from mistakes and improving for the better, good people coming our way, beautiful surroundings, and nature views can boost our mental health too aside from it is good physical health too.
When I was in the hospital, I almost forgot the time and date, I slept and rest all the time in a private room, I could play some music there and not listen hehehe just slept.
When I felt bored I call Nico and watched him play at home through video, there are so many ways to kill boredom and create a good laugh hehe..but sometimes better to just be serious too..than to smile alone strangely hehe!.
I missed reading stories because of dizziness, like the story, I created last night it was just a story..no meaning at all, not connected to mine or anybody's life because nothing comes into my mind I just loved horror and suspense stories. But things like that sometimes happen in real life.
And as I reached home, I received a gift from my officemate who visited me, she is my assistant and just wanted to check if I was still alive hehe..kidding..it was not allowed to receive a visitor at the hospital, aside from one member of the family. So this is a Perfume, oil-based, Vanilla-lemon scent..it was a personalized gift with my Nickname on it..in fairness it has a very sweet scent.
Time to sleep now because I don't want to abuse my health again, I love my family and to take good care of them is to take good care of myself too. That is the great lesson I learned from abusing my health before.

⏺ Quiero que me cuentes sobre un "truco" (un truco o atajo que te hace la vida más fácil) que te cambió la vida, el que te cambió la vida. Ser inspirador para mí y otros lectores. Puede ser cualquier modificación o cambio que haya realizado. ¡Debe ser algo que USTED HIZO, USTED MISMO! Dime cómo funcionó y qué se necesitaba. ¿Te costó tiempo, dinero, etc.? ¿Y cuánto duró?
Después de mis 3 días de confinamiento en el hospital, y caliente dado de alta por la mañana..unas cortas vacaciones jeje!. Nada era grave en mi condición, solo era parte de crecer, jeje. Bueno, mi fiebre llegó a 40,1 grados centígrados. Me quedé varado en las aguas de la inundación casi a la altura de la cintura en Manila, durante el tifón. Todavía tuve suerte porque algunas de las otras víctimas, sus casas no se encontraban por ninguna parte durante la inundación repentina. !
Entonces, después de que me dieron de alta del hospital, fui a la iglesia a orar. Tengo muchas bendiciones por las que debo estar agradecido.
Todo pasa por una razón, tal vez Dios permitió que me enfermara para tener la oportunidad de descansar y recargar mi cuerpo, debo admitir que he abusado de mí mismo de todo, trabajo...quedándome en el hospital por mamá, entonces estudios en casa para Nico y otras obligaciones y responsabilidades, daba por sentado mi salud.
Jejeje el pálido yo aquí..sin el lápiz labial, parecía un muerto viviente, jeje. !
Después de mi corta estadía dentro de la iglesia y esperando a mi prima, quien fue a la Farmacia a comprar algunos de mis medicamentos, tuve la oportunidad de capturar algunas fotos en el predio de la Iglesia.
Cada vez que visito la iglesia, siempre encuentro tiempo para capturar algunas fotos de flores allí... flores simples y hermosas de las que tampoco sabía el nombre jeje.
Me sentí tan débil en ese momento, pero el entorno tranquilo, simple pero hermoso me hizo feliz... que después de 3 días rodeada de diferentes aparatos médicos, tuve la oportunidad de ver hermosos elementos de la naturaleza hoy... la naturaleza sigue siendo mi energizante. 💚
Una vida colorida con flores coloridas, pero elijo publicar los colores azul, violeta y morado..esos cautivaron mis ojos hoy, como las plantas verdes y las palmeras 🌴. !
Tantas razones para ser feliz en nuestra vida, aprender de los errores y mejorar, las buenas personas que se cruzan en nuestro camino, los hermosos alrededores y las vistas de la naturaleza también pueden mejorar nuestra salud mental, además de una buena salud física.
Cuando estuve en el hospital, casi se me olvida la hora y la fecha, dormía y descansaba todo el tiempo en un cuarto privado, ahí podía poner algo de música y no escuchar jejeje solo dormía.
Cuando me aburrí llamé a Nico y lo vi jugar en casa a través de un video, hay muchas maneras de matar el aburrimiento y hacer reír jeje... pero a veces es mejor ser serio también... que sonreír solo de forma extraña jeje !.
Echaba de menos leer historias por mareos, como la historia que creé anoche, era solo una historia... sin ningún significado, no conectada a mi vida ni a la de nadie porque nada me viene a la mente. Simplemente amaba las historias de terror y suspenso. . Pero cosas así a veces suceden en la vida real.
Y cuando llegué a casa, recibí un regalo de mi compañera de oficina que me visitó, ella es mi asistente y solo quería comprobar si todavía estaba vivo jeje..bromeando..no estaba permitido recibir visitas en el hospital , aparte de un miembro de la familia. Así que este es un perfume, a base de aceite, aroma de vainilla y limón... fue un regalo personalizado con mi apodo... para ser justos, tiene un aroma muy dulce. >Hora de dormir porque no quiero volver a abusar de mi salud, amo a mi familia y cuidarlos bien es cuidarme bien a mí también. Esa es la gran lección que aprendí de abusar de mi salud antes.
