About the Artist
If you are to lazy to click on his website, I will give you a short instruction of him here. No worries.
His real name is Artur Bordalo, he is born in Lisbon in 1987. He uses the artist name 'Bordalo II', with the background as a tribute to his grandfather. His grandfather was the painter Real Bordalo,
It seems that he spent lot of time in the studio of his grandfather Real Bordalo, who had an incessant passion for watercolors and oils and portrayed landscapes and scenes of the city. But Bordalo II had also time for some adventures around illegal graffiti in the underground scene of Lisbon. Anyway, his art style is dope. Don't you think? He mixed the classical style with his streetstyle you could say. Also he recycle things and transforms it into amazing and marvelous streetart. Art, where you hold on, take your time and stop by. Art which makes you wanna look closer at it. Maybe even inspire you to create your own art or motivate you, to live your own passion? Who knows.
I really like this artist. I forgot to photograph another one of him... When I was on the sol de caparica festival I found one there too. Maybe next time when I am there I will present it to you.
What you think, like that this?
Feel free to leave a comment and your thoughts.
