Hello,
Schools in Turkey were closed on June 16, the new academic year will begin on September 4. In this long interval, we have quite a long vacation. I am happy for this because I have the chance to visit many places. I find enough time especially for gardening. and it's a wonderful feeling to spend time with the Earth and what it has given us.
The zucchini here seem to be quite productive. I ate these last year. It is wonderful when made with walnuts or tahini.
Tomatoes are late due to the climatic characteristics of this place. But I can say that they are the most delicious tomatoes I have ever eaten. Little water is given. According to my knowledge, this makes them tastier.
Corns are still small, and so are beans. In weeks, these poles will be filled with beans.
The largest part of the garden has clover. After being planted once, the product can be obtained seven years in a row. It is harvested approximately four times in a summer period.
