Today, we made a Soya chunk Manchurian for our dinner. We generally choose Indian bread or vegetable fried rice with this delicious soya chunk Manchurian. We always love to eat soya chunks, because it is healthy and delicious.
There are many benefits of Soya chunks. It always tastes like meat. It is full source of vitamins like C, K and fiber. It is always good for healthy. It always help to improve lot to our health system like healthy hearts and good regulation of blood sugar level also helps to improve our digestive system. Maximum peoples ate soya chunk and soya chunk powders for their weight loss. We can tell that soya chuck is a super food for human body & internal systems.

- 50 grams of Soya chunk
- 10 grams of garlic.
- 5 grams of ginger.
- 1/2 teaspoon Kashmir chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 10 to 15 ml cooking oil
- Rock or Pink Salt 6-7 grams or choose as per your taste
- 100 grams onion chopped
- 50 Grams capsicum chopped
- 15 to 20 grams tomato sauce
- 5 ml soya sauce
- 5 ml vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 3 to 4 green chilli, Chopped with small pieces
- 1 teaspoon corn flour
- 100 ml water
- 5 grams of chopped Coriander leaves (Garnished time)
Making the dish is very simple and easy. The preparation time will take maximum 10 to 12 minutes. The main advantages is all the ingredients easily available in your kitchen. Maximum vegetarian people always love to eat this dish any time in the day. You can eat it like as a snack and breakfast also.
Process of making Soya Chunk Manchurian is given below. First we take 50 grams of soya chunks in a deep frying pan and add one cup water on to it. Then we added one teaspoon salt and half teaspoon of turmeric powder on it. Then boil it for 2-3 minutes. After that we squeezed the soybean and poured all the water out of it. After that we took 5 ml of cooking oil in a a deep frying pan and fry the squeezed soya chunk for 3-4 minutes in low flame. Then fried soya chuck was ready for Manchurian,
Then cleaned the onion , garlic and zinger,capsicum, green chilly, coriander leaves. Chopped the onion and green chilli, Capsicum and Coriander leaves in small pieces and also chopped 4 cloves of garlic. Again 5 cloves of garlic and 5 grams of ginger grated it.
Then took a deep frying pan, put 5-7 ml cooked oil, and worm it. Once the oil is warmed , we put chopped onion, green chilli in it. After one minutes frying, we added grated zingerr and garlic on it. Then we fry for another one minute we added chopped garlic on it. After few second we added capsicum and fried soya chunk on it. Then added Kashmiri chilli powder, cumin powder, salt as per taste on it. Then fry for another 1 minute. Then we added vinegar 5 ml, soya sauce 5 ml, chilly sauce 5 ml and tomato sauce 30 ml on it. Again fry for another one minutes, once it friend properly, we took 30 ml water and mix the corn powder on it. Then we add the corn powder paste into the fried soya chunk. Then cook for another One minutes in low flame. Then the Manchurian is ready for serve. Then it garnished with the help of chopped coriander leaves. then We enjoyed the tasty Soya chunk Manchurian.
