Hello everyone, Hive music festival week 123 Round 3. I am @akwash360 and I'm happy to be part of this week's rendition. I will be doing a cover of the song ‘Hosanna’ by the Hillsong Worship team.
This song teaches me a lot about God's love and mercy. It also has a way of reviving my spirit when I'm broken. For me, this is more than just a song and that is because anytime I listen to the song it minister directly to my spirit. Giving me the spiritual and physical strength I needed at the moment.
The first time this song captured my heart was when I visited a friend. The mother was playing the song from the seat but the sound of the music was playing in my head as if the jam box was in our room. I could clearly hear the sound and lyrics of the song that I had to plead with her to transfer the song for me. I could see the joy in her eyes when sending it because it happens to be one of her favourite songs.
After receiving the song, when I got home I found myself listening to the song over and over again. Aside from the fact that the song is meaningful, the melody from the voices down to the instrumentals is just amazing that I can't just do away with the song. I could remember I put it on repeat mode in my music player. I love the song so much I can't deny that and even till date I enjoyed listening to the song. The way the team organised themselves on the stage is admirable.
This song blesses me a lot and I'm encouraging anyone who has not listened to the song to get the original song and listen to it with an open mind and I can assure you that. Also, I believe that my entry for the week blesses your day.
