Yesterday I had a long journey pending, so it was necessary to make a well-resolved arepa to calm my stomach until the afternoon, which I prepared very early in the morning before leaving home.

I started my day with this succulent arepa with cheese, fried egg and tomato, the perfect complement for my black coffee, without sugar. I like to add tomatoes to the arepa because it gives it a very special flavor. So I enjoyed it, thanking the Creator for allowing me to start my day with this good breakfast. 😊
