Answering the call of the Cinamon Coffee community, Week 99, today I am going to tell you about the things I don't like in a coffee shop.
The photos are from some of the coffee shops I frequent often and do not necessarily correspond to today's topic.
What I don't like....
First of all, that the environment is dirty is something that would not attract my attention in a coffee shop, usually when I go to have coffee, no matter how modest the place is, I like its environment to be clean and pleasant.
Secondly, that the coffee is cold. This to me is disappointing and I don't think I would go back to a coffee shop where they have that oversight. Although I detest a super hot coffee, I think that having it at a pleasant temperature to the palate is ideal. I want to clarify that in my country the most common thing is to go to the cafeteria to have a hot coffee, it is very rare that someone goes to a cafeteria for a cold coffee, here it is not customary to drink it cold. However, I have the restlessness of someday being able to experience the taste of an iced coffee, that's another level. 😁 But what I mean when I say cold, is a hot coffee that they have left it a long time served before delivering it to the customer.
Thirdly, a latte with excess foam. This has happened to me several times, especially when the bartender is careless, when I receive my coffee more than half of the glass is foam. I immediately let them know that I am not paying for the foam but for the coffee.
And finally, a coffee shop with such a small space and with a high volume of customers that does not have enough space to sit down and enjoy a good coffee. Either alone or with company, what I am looking for is to be able to sit down and enjoy every sip of my coffee.
And you, what is it that you don't like?...
