After so many days of being busy studying and working, I finally had a break and got out of the routine for the weekend, to a very nice place. It is a pool, which is surrounded by beautiful vegetation, beautiful trees and a beautiful lagoon full of turtles.
It is good to have fun from time to time, since self-demand leads us to stress and causes us anxiety, which in turn can cause us physical illnesses. I can say that this weekend I recharged my energies to the maximum, I also got a great tan, the sun was very strong.
For me this site was "a place to dream", because for a moment I was able to distract myself from all the worries and routine tasks.
All this took place on Sunday, from morning until almost dusk I was with my husband and some great friends enjoying such a wonderful day. We had some sandwiches and soda for lunch, we also ate sweets.
The mere fact of changing our routine a few days a month can improve our state of mind and health.
