Today I want to share some photos of two beautiful species of bees. Bees are a class of Insecta from the order Hymenoptera which are widespread in various parts of the world. And while hunting for macro objects in the forest a few days ago I managed to capture several photos of two different types of bees.

The first is a type of carpenter bee, known as the carpenter bee because this bee makes holes in dead wood to make its nest. Scientifically, the bee that I am sharing has the Latin name Xylocopa pubescens, which is a species of carpenter bee from the Apidae family.

Male bees have a dominant golden yellow color, while female bees like the one I share here have a dark black color with just a hint of yellow on their backs. Apart from that, in my opinion, this bee is quite large in size compared to other bee species, because of its large size, carpenter bees also have quite a loud voice & usually the sound can be heard clearly when they approach wild flowers.

Then the second bee is the sweat bees genus. In terms of size, these bees are of course much smaller compared to the carpenter bees above. Even though they are very small, sweat bees also have their own charm. I photographed these bees in the afternoon before evening, because these bees will look for a comfortable place for them to rest at night. I have uploaded some photos of the little bees that I mean below, here are some of the photos:

Nice photography ☺️

Thank you

two very beautiful shots, the details are so clear that the insect looks like it is sucking the honey juice from the flower,

Next time I'll have to shoot the male carpenter bee :)

Gorgeous shots!

I think so, thanks :)

The yellow-backed bee is very cool, your shot was perfect...

Thank you
