What a pleasure to greet you friends from Foodies Bee Hive, I hope you are very well, I am very happy to share with all of you, a few days ago a neighbor came home offering me pork that he was selling, super fresh, he already had several of these little animals and I had to get out of them, since it becomes very expensive to maintain them, so I told him yes, it will take me 2 kg, but right now they sell this meat with skin and everything, so I separated it and obtained approximately 400 gr of skin with bacon and some meat ideal for making pork rinds, so today was the special day to make them, here I show you how I prepared them.
Receta: Deliciosos y Crujientes Chicharrones de Cerdo 🐷
Ingredientes
400 gr de piel de cerdo con tocino y carne
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
Sal a gusto

1.Como primer paso vamos a cortar en cuadrados de aproximadamente 3x3 cm o tamaño de su preferencia, la piel de cerdo, lavar y reservar.

2.Luego procedemos a llevar a fuego un caldero o salten con agua y el bicarbonato de sodio, hasta que hierva.

3.Luego agregar sal a gusto a cada una de las piezas de piel de cerdo y colocando en el caldero, cocinar a fuego mediano, el agua lo debe cubrir, remover de vez en cuando.

4.Seguimos cocinando, cuando el agua se evapora, comienza a soltar toda el agua o manteca, que es donde se freira y se hará el chicharrón, una vez frito, retirar del fuego y listo para comer.

Está delicia se puede acompañar de arepas, bollos de miz dulce, cachapas, entre otros es ideal para un desayuno, también les puedo comentar que la manteca que obtenemos la podemos aprovechar elparo freír pescado y otras preparaciones, solo la colamos cuando esté fría y guardamos en un envase de vidrio.
