The Stats of Camila Sungazer
The hero of this battle was Camila Sungazer who is a Legendary Summoner within the Dragon Splinter and from the Untamed set. Her mana cost is only three, therefore we can use this card in a low mana rulesets as well. She will reduce one melee attack from all enemy melee monsters.
I love to play with the Dragons, because they have a lot of answers to many different setups. Their Summoners could buff or de-buff all the monsters on the battlefield and they have a wide range of selection to choose from.
The cost of Camila Sungazer like all the other Dragon summoenrs are expensive. One BCX cost a whooping 21.49$, which is a lot only for one card and you still need to buy her some monsters as well. I wish that I could own the 15 burned Gold Foil cards. 😂
Battle Ruleset
This is an middle mana cap ruleset and two color can play plus the Dragons.
My Lineup
Camila Sungazer is a three mana cost Dragon Summoner who will reduce one melee attack from all enemy monsters, which is a perfect combination with the Melee Mayhem ruleset, where all the melee attack monsters can attack regardless their position.
Harklaw as a pretty solid tank, he cost 8 mana, which is alright, but his most important ability is Shield, which effectively halves all the incoming melee and ranged damages on him. He also has the Demoralize ability, which has the same effect such as Camila has.
Corpse Fiend is a legendary melee attack creature costing zero mana and I used in the second position, because he can also attack from there thanks to the Melee Mayhem ruleset.
The Undead Rexx is a common card from the Death Splinter. I do not use him as much as I want, because he doesn't have too much protection, but in this ruleset he is a beast, because he has a huge 6 damage. The Trample ability is just perfect, because if he kills his target he will perform another attack on the next creature.
The Chaos Dragon is a legendary magic attack Dragon and one of the most expensive card in the game costing 14 mana. In return you have 4 amazing abilities. He will attack a random target and will indirectly damage his neighbours as well. The Blind and Flying makes him to dodge any incoming melee or ranged attacks.
The Naga Assassin is a rare neutral monster who cost only two mana and I had to use her as I have ran out of mana for this battle. She has huge speed, which makes very difficult to hit her and when the enemy monster misses her she will damage back 2.
The Djinn Chwala an epic melee attack monster and I used to defend my backlien against enemy Sneaker monsters. The Thorns ability will refelct 2 damage back to any melee monster dare to attack him.
The Battle
I choosed the Death Splinter to use the Undead Rexx as a main damage dealer for this Melee Mayhem battle. My opponent brought 3 magic attack creature, but the two Sneaker monster died damaging my Djinn Chwala.
Thanks to the Dragon Summoners this battle was though and the outcome was quite surprising. A lot depended on lucks, because of the random attacks of the Chaos Dragons.
Luckily my Djinn Chwala was perfectly placed at the end of my backline and he successfully killed two of his monsters with his Thorns ability.
In this battle it was very important that my Rexx and Chwala didn't miss to many attacks against higher speed and flying monster. This fact helped a lot to get rid of his Chwala and Void Dragon and my team just had to kill his Chaos Dragon. 😆

My strategy worked as I wanted, because my opponent choosed the same Splinter like me, but the -1 Melee attack de-buff was much more valuable than Quix's -1 Health and Ranged attack de-buff. She is also 1 mana cheaper than him.
Do you like Dragons? Why or why not?
Yes, I love all the Dragon cards, because they are so cute and powerful that it is amazing to play with them. They have the answer to everything and the only downside is that they are way too expensive.
