Hello, gamers of Hive. I hope you all are doing well.

Today, after a long time, I got time to play this complicated and well-developed game story. I remember visiting Svatalfheim to see Brok and Sindri's cousin at Nidavellier to ask about their realm's god of war, Tyr. This time, we visit more lands before we meet the eccentric weapon-smith.

Without further ado, let's begin.

Kratos and Atreus went with Sindri to their new base of operations located in a realm between realms where Odin does not have his eyes upon. This place also offered a solution to their problem of realm travel. Brok and Sindri cooked up a device that would make the doors that travel from one point to another can take them from one realm to another. Of course, they used the smartest man's eyes to make the magic happen. They let in the bifrost light into Sindri's eyes and he shone it toward the door. Then, they travelled to Svartalfheim and explored a few isles before moving onto the city to meet this cousin of Brok and Sindri at Nidavellier where Odins command was absolute.

After a few here and there I finally reached the famed city of smithners. It was truly one of the best crafted city I had seen in a while with intricate buildings and mechanisms.

Sindri had a shop at this city and wanted to give Atreus a boost on his bow string. He said he had been thinking for an upgrade and had finally found the material. So, he personally wanted to do the upgrade.

He asked that Atreus say, "Skjalfa" when letting loose. That would cause a sonic boom. This was a new found upgrade which I was sure that it would come in handy. To test it, Atreus let loose toward a bell and it bursted with sparks everywhere... and it brought out a few enemies as well.

After all this ordeal, I finally bought the one thing I knew I had to use right because the shop was not gonna be near, that's for sure.

I explored the beautiful city before coming to the house we were meant to visit but Durlin was not there. Instead, a guy was playing an instrument. He guided the gods toward where Durlin was. He also gave me a few side quests to complete and told me that it was done by the head, referring to Mimir.

Before heading toward the open seas, Sindri decided to give us one last present for the journey: a compass that would point toward anything that Kratos and Atreus's hearts desired.

Screenshot (285).png

Out in the open, we reached a crossroads. On one way, we could look at the mess Mimir helped create for the Dwarves and the other way was Durlin's abode. I went toward the side quest first as a responsible man should.

Screenshot (286).png

I scoured the edges of the landmasses and found my first dew of the Yggdrasil tree. This one permanently increased my Runics by 2. Shortly after, I landed on my first island and a few monstros greeted us upon our arrival.

Screenshot (287).png

This is also where I found my nornir chest. This one gave me the Idunn apple. Needed 1 more for the HP increase.

Screenshot (288).png

We delivered deeper into the island and found a heavily guarded mining rig spouting all sorts of pollution. After battling for about 10 minutes, I finally cleared the area. Kratos ripped open the iron casing and threw the axe toward the roaring blaze. It shuts down moments later. That's the first mining rig shut down.

Screenshot (290).png

I quickly made my way to the next rig which wasn't very far from the place. During that journey, Mimir disclosed that it was he who put the Dwarves in such a miserable state. He talked them into their demise. But, Odin would've done worse and would've killed every last Dwarf; Odin wanted to be the only one to use the Dwarves' skills, if he couldn't no one could.

And this is it for today. I have only 1 more rig to go to before I make it toward Durlin's. I hope that he will have a unique dialogue with us since we are about to reset the realm's pollution level.

I finished this game on hard, but Give me God of War is a big no thanks for me haha, I know it's really hard and I wish you best of luck, did you finished GoW 2018 on GmGoW too?

Yes sir. If you look back on my previous posts you'll find that I beat the game and took down all the Valkyries in Give Me God of War. Believe me, I was stuck in only 1 place for 2 days, the Queen Valkyrie fight. It was very exhausting but boy was it rewarding.

Thats amazing! I did 100% on GoW 2018 but it was on Give me a Challenge, I reaaaally enjoyed it, it was hard but not impossible, the fight with Sigrun was GODLIKE, hard as fuck but I loved it, maybe and just maybe I'll try Give me God of War one day, but for now, I wanna see you finish this one, I'll be watching!

Les gooooo. Finally found someone who is gonna watch me go through it all.

I love to see streams of this game and I almost know the whole story of the God of War saga. But, I did not play either version of the game. At first, I wished that I could play it when I did not have a better PC. But when I started playing it, it seemed to me Too Tough and Too Complicated. And I never opened the game ever again. But, I love to see the others do the hard work of solving the mysteries and puzzles and I enjoy the storyline and adventure.
Good Luck Bro.
