Helloo, dear food-loving Hiver. Today I want to share with you a delicious and easy recipe: Zucchini boats stuffed with vegetables. I love to eat vegetables (they are never missing in my fridge) and I love to make recipes in which I can prove that you can eat very tasty, healthy and as an added value, economical. Yo amo comer vegetales (nunca faltan en mi nevera) y me encanta hacer recetas en las que puedo demostrar que se puede comer muy rico, sano y como valor añadido, económico. Step by Step 🍽 Paso a Paso

Before we get started, the first thing to write down are the ingredients for our delicious sautéed vegetable stuffed zucchini boat:
Antes de iniciar, lo primero que debes apuntar son los ingredientes para nuestro delicioso barco de calabacín relleno de vegetales salteados:

First step 🍽 Primer paso

Cut each end of the zucchini and chop it right in half.
Cortamos cada extremo del calabacín y lo picamos justamente a la mitad.

Second step 🍽 Segundo paso

With the help of a teaspoon, remove all the seeds from the zucchini. Scrape well to obtain a concavity.
Con la ayuda de una cucharilla, retiramos todas las semillas del calabacín. Raspamos bien hasta obtener una concavidad.

Third step 🍽 Tercer paso

Now we put them to boil in a pot with enough water and salt.
Ahora los colocamos a hervir en una olla con suficiente agua y sal.

After a few minutes, as soon as it takes that green color and is a little soft, remove it from the kitchen.
Pasados unos minutos, cuanto tome ese color verde y este un poco suave, lo retiramos de la cocina.

Fifth step 🍽 Quinto paso

While our zucchini is resting, we make the stuffing. In this case I made it with vegetables, but you can also cook chicken or any meat. To do this we chop everything into strips and place it in a pot over medium heat with a little water (not too much because the vegetables will release their water). When the vegetables are almost ready, we lower the flame and season them with soy sauce, garlic sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, salt, sugar and add chopped chives and cilantro.Remove when the water has diminished and everything is well cooked.
Mientras nuestro calabacín se reposa, hacemos el relleno. En este caso lo hice con vegetales, pero también puedes cocinar pollo o cualquier carne. Para ello picamos todo en tiras y lo colocamos en una olla a fuego medio con un poquito de agua (no mucho porque los vegetales soltaran su agua). Cuanto los vegetales estén casi listos, le bajamos la llama y los sazonamos con salsa de soja, salsa de ajo, salsa inglesa, comino, sal, azúcar y le agregamos cebollin picado y cilantro.Retiramos cuando haya disminuido el agua y este todo bien cocido.

Sixth step 🍽 Sexto paso

While the filling is resting and as an addition to make everything taste more delicious, we make a bechamel sauce with the typical ingredients: Milk, wheat flour, butter, salt and pepper.
Mientras se reposa el relleno y como un agregado para que todo sepa más delicioso, hacemos una salsa bechamel con los típicos ingredientes: Leche, harina de trigo, mantequilla, sal y pimienta.

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess.
