Hello, hivers!
For this post, I bring you another model kit review video. This is a review of the 1/72 scale kit for the Lockheed Hudson airplane, as produced by the company Airfix.
The Lockheed Hudson was built by the Lockheed corporation starting in 1938, having been developed from an earlier passenger plane. The Hudson was used by the British Royal Air Force, starting before the beginning of WW2 for coastal reconnaissance and light bomber duties. During the war, it was also used for training and transport duties. Over the course of the war, the Hudson aircraft sunk several German submarines. The Hudson was used by the Royal Air Force, the Canadian Air Force, the Australian Air Force, and the U.S. Army Air Force during the war. A total of 2941 Hudsons of various types were built. Many of them survived the war and went on to be civilian transport and passenger planes, primarily in Australia and New Zealand.
