I had planted young saplings of Marigold aka Tagetes.
I am utterly pleased that the plant has finally started to showcase it's stunning, gorgeous and charming #flowers. Ohh! What a site it is! Soothing to the eyes!!!
The Yellow and Orange Marigolds.
There is no doubt in saying that #gardening and cultivating, flowering plants is a game of sheer patience.
One has to wait for the flowers to bloom and blossom for a finite period before one can see the amazing results. You all are definitely going to agree with me on that, for sure!!!
I have been waiting with abaited breath before the buds turned into marvelous flowers and here are the wonderful results.
Marigolds are truly marvelous and totally magnificent with amazing properties, such is the power of #nature
Interestingly, in #India, these marigolds, have long been an integral part of worshipping, festivities, weddings, and several other rituals, greatly symbolising joy & prosperity on all the auspicious occasions. Their presence is a welcome sign and symbol to purity and joy n happiness for all the special occasions.
Don't be surprised or amazed if I tell you that Marigolds show great anti-bacterial & anti-viral properties, which make them special for variety of herbal home remedies for variety of conditions according to Ayurveda.
Nevertheless...these Marigold flowers, amazingly thrive in full sunshine & can often withstand very hot summers and still smile bright wonderfully.
