Walking can add years to your life. Don't deprive yourself of it for it brings you a good vibe. Have a great day my fabulous fellow Hivers! How are you today? I hope and pray that all is well and may you have a blast day this Christmas.
By the way, this is my first time posting on this stunning community. For that, I am very excited to share with you my adventure toward my grandma's place. Just enjoy and have fun reading.
It was a sunny afternoon when I plan to visit my grandmother (My Father's Mother) at her house. It's been a couple of months since I visited here. When I get there, this tarpaulin welcomed me. I am very happy then for my grandma when seeing this because it is her ultimate dream to have it.
This is the starting point of my discovery of a way to go through it. I am in a hurry mode since I am eager to finally witness the ongoing construction of the said place. Since I was a child and we lived here at that time, I could still remember that my grandma told me about having her beach resort on this 1.8 hectares of their land. It's near the sea which is why she was very obsessed with it to be realized.
While heading inside, I saw these cows taking care of our close cousin (Tito Danilo). He is very hardworking, whatever task you will ask him to do he will do it immediately. Well, the mother and the daughter cow in these pictures had fun eating their lunch. The baby cow stared at me. How lovely! I just love looking at them doing something.
Woah! Look at my favorite fruit-bearing trees ~the guava and the Indian mango~. Bear its fruits yummy to be eaten. Oh, just wait for me there. I will just have to continue walking until my reaching point this time.
Wow! Bring back Memories! Bring back! This part here was where we usually play with my cousins. Aside from the area is wide, the atmosphere is so windy. The tall green trees added beauty to this breathtaking place. It's a good thing that it is well-managed by them in cleaning this very spacious area wherein it needs a lot of effort in doing so.
Before, I extended help to get off the grass using the bolo. Back then, our grandmother had a contest for us that who finishes it first have prize from her. My cousins and I were very motivated to do our job as fast as we could because of the rewards. We were still a kid at that time which is why we were fun of having rewards. I am laughing now while reminiscing about it.
Amazing! A lot of changes happened really in this most memorable place during my childhood years. Upon looking at it, my heart leaps for the great joy that at last, this is the kick-off of my grandma's greatest dream in her life.
I am praying for more years to be added to my grandmother's life. For her, to be a living testimony of one of her greatest achievements in life (Thy Will Be Done).
Finally, there is an under-construction comfort room here. The visitors will not worry about where to attend their call to nature if it comes. Back then, I have something to tell you but please promise me that you will not laugh at me. Hehehe.
Well, my story is when I was a kid ahm there was my most-liked spot here where I used to defecate. My grandma has her comfort room in her house but I just love being in this place to deposit my millions. For me, it was a great relief to defecate here. I just wanted to be in this place at all times. That is why I get tired of going back to my grandma's house just to defecate or urinate (Ssshhhh).
There are also small huts and cottages here. Where you can sit and enjoy the cold breeze coming from the sea. There is a portion here that you can grill at the same time. A part of me still giggles the most, I just can hardly believe that after 3 decades of my existence. All of these come to reality (To God Be The Glory).
This part was where I usually sit down and just looked at the waves approaching me. I planned to bathe in the sea but I didn't bring with me my extra clothes. I simply took pictures of it and surprisingly eye witnessed the improvement of this location.
Heading back to my grandmother's house made me think how blessed she was. My grandfather has not gotten the chance to witness his dwelling place looking like this. But I know he is somewhere out there. Time is precious. We have to make use of it while we have it.
That's all for today's blog all the wonderful people of the Hive! Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. Until next time. See you around.. Have a Merry Christmas everyone. Stay safe and God bless.
