He comprendido que no hay libros escritos donde te indiquen una linea de como ser madre o padre, y que uno va aprendiendo desde la experiencia y las situaciones que vamos experimentando dia a dia, pero si he aprendido que leer las bases y las experiencia de otros ayudan a hacer de tus dias un poco mejor.
Hoy con algunos ingredientes aqui en casa he intentado por primera vez hacer una torta. Siii!!! primera vez mi primera vez junto a el, es que eso de la reposteria pues me llamaba la atencion comerla jajaj...pero hacerla estaba como lejos, pero ser madre es derrumbar muros que quizas uno mismo se crea, nadie sabe lo que es capaz hasta que lo intenta.

Today with some ingredients here at home I tried for the first time to make a cake. Yes!!!! first time my first time with him, it's just that baking called my attention to eat it hahahah...but making it was far away, but being a mother is to break down walls that maybe you believe yourself, no one knows what you are capable of until you try it.
Los ingredientes que utilizamos en esta preparacion han sido los basicos para un pastel sencillo:
- Harina de Trigo Leudante
- Azucar
- Margarina
- Leche en polvo
- Huevos
- Galletas de chocolate
The ingredients we used in this preparation were the basic ones for a simple cake:
- Leavening Wheat Flour
- Sugar
- Margarine
- Powdered milk
- Eggs
- Chocolate cookies
Comenzamos con la parte mas interesante de este proceso que es la preparacion, para ello el cheff Camilo se ha apoderado del aparato que sentia que sonaba como un carro jajaja... bueno asi decia buuuuu mami buuuu.Y el proceso comenzo mezclando la mantequilla con el azucar y Camilito batiendo al ritmo de la batidora.
We started with the most interesting part of this process which is the preparation, for this the chef Camilo has taken over the device that felt like a car hahaha..... And the process began by mixing the butter with the sugar and Camilo beating to the rhythm of the mixer.
Luego de tener bien mezcladito el azucar y la mantequilla, pasamos a la separacion de los huevos, las amarillas con la mezcla que ya tenemos y las claras que seran batidas posterior hasta punto de nieve para batir y lograr esa suavidad que buscamos, seguimos batiendo con la ayuda de mama.
After having the sugar and butter well mixed, we move on to the separation of the eggs, the yellow ones with the mixture we already have and the egg whites that will be beaten until stiff peaks to beat and achieve the smoothness we are looking for, we continue beating with the help of mom.
Paso seguido agregamos la leche que tenemos previamente licuada a la mezcla, y seguimos batiendo poco a poco hasta lograr la consistencia que buscamos.
Next add the previously blended milk to the mixture, and continue beating little by little until the desired consistency is reached.
Antes de colocar en el molde yo use unas galletitas de la merienda de Camilo las triture y añadi. Luego lista la mezcla pasamos a colocar en el molde que hemos colocado con mantequilla y harina para que no se nos pegue y con temperatura de 180º pre-caliente llevamos al horno por un periodo de mas o menos 30 minutos.
Before placing in the mold I used some cookies from Camilo's snack, I crushed them and added them. After the mixture is ready we place it in the mold that we have placed with butter and flour so that it does not stick to us and with a temperature of 180º preheated we take it to the oven for a period of more or less 30 minutes.
Listo el biscocho, este fue el resultado Final jejeje... se me pego un poquito la mezcla jejeje pero para ser mi primera vez el sabor estuvo muy rico, ahora trataremos de mejorar en una proxima ocasion la presentacion.
Ready the cake, this was the final result hehehehe ... I stuck a little bit the mixture hehehehe but for my first time the taste was very rich, now we will try to improve in a next time the presentation.
