Hoy les cuento como estuvo la clase especial que hicieron el fin de semana en el gimnasio donde entreno.

Today I tell you how was the special class that they did over the weekend at the gym where I train.
Tengo más de 6 años entrenando en el mismo gimnasio y aún cuando a veces me ausentó algunas semanas por diversas razones, siempre vuelvo, no solo porque quiero y me gusta seguir haciendo ejercicio, sino también porque es uno de mis lugares favoritos. Son muchos años de amistad allí, mis entrenadores son los mejores y el sitio es espectacular.
I have been training at the same gym for more than 6 years and even when sometimes I am absent a few weeks for various reasons, I always come back, not only because I want and I like to continue exercising, but also because it is one of my favorite places. It's many years of friendship there, my trainers are the best and the place is spectacular.
Como creo que sucede para todos los gimnasios, estos son los meses donde las personas suelen dejar de ir a entrenar, ya que empieza la temporada navideña y de vacaciones para muchos. Entonces hay que motivarlos y llamar al público para que no dejen de asistir, porque el gimnasio vive de sus clientes. Por esa razón es que la gerencia de O3 (el gimnasio del que les hablo) decide hacer varias clases gratuitas y especiales durante estos meses para promocionarse y que personas nuevas los conozcan. Al mismo tiempo motivar a los que ya somos de allí para que no dejemos de asistir.
As I think it happens for all gyms, these are the months where people tend to stop going to train, since the Christmas and vacation season begins for many. Then you have to motivate them and call the public so that they do not stop attending, because the gym lives from its customers. That's why the management of O3 (the gym I'm talking about) decided to do several free and special classes during these months to promote themselves and to get new people to know them. At the same time to motivate those of us who are already there so that we don't stop attending.
Este fin de semana con la excusa de Halloween se decidió hacer una clase especial de disfraces qué estuvo súper chévere, la decoración quedó superlinda, bastante creativa, con varios adornos bien apropiados para el tema de la clase.
This weekend with the excuse of Halloween we decided to do a special costume class which was super cool, the decoration was super cute, quite creative, with several decorations very appropriate for the theme of the class.
Al ser una fiesta de disfraces para una clase de entrenamiento, la verdad no sabía qué disfraz escoger, pero como coincidió justamente con el Día de los Muertos eso me inspiró para hacerme un maquillaje sencillo de Catrina. No quería ponerme tantas cosas encima y mucho menos un maquillaje tan elaborado porque por supuesto iba a arruinar todo cuando me tocara sudar en el momento de la clase, así que trate de hacerlo lo más característico posible, pero lo suficientemente cómodo para que no se deteriorara tanto a mitad de camino.
Since it was a costume party for a training class, I didn't really know what costume to choose, but since it coincided with the Day of the Dead, that inspired me to do a simple Catrina makeup. I didn't want to put on so many things and much less such an elaborate makeup because of course it would ruin everything when I had to sweat at the time of the class, so I tried to make it as characteristic as possible, but comfortable enough so it wouldn't deteriorate so much in the middle of the way.
Me maquillé y arreglé en mi casa, pero al llegar al gimnasio me di cuenta de que habían invitado a una maquilladora profesional para las entrenadoras y las clientes que quisiera aprovechar. Menos mal ya yo estaba lista, pues somos tantas chicas las que asistimos qué no daba chance de tener a todas listas antes de la clase 🙈 aunque las que pudieron aprovechar quedaron super bellas con sus resultados 😍❤️
I did my makeup at home, but when I got to the gym I realized that they had invited a professional makeup artist for the trainers and clients who wanted to take advantage of it. Thank goodness I was ready, because there were so many girls who attended that there was no chance to have everyone ready before the class 🙈 although those who were able to take advantage of it were super beautiful with their results 😍❤️
En este gimnasio dan varias clases a lo largo del día, para la clase especial decidieron dar una demostración de la clase de body pump, que consiste en hacer ejercicios funcionales con carga al ritmo de la música. No es la clase a la que yo suelo asistir, pero es una clase súper completa y muy entretenida, perfecta para este tipo de actividades.
In this gym they give several classes throughout the day, for the special class they decided to give a demonstration of the body pump class, which consists of doing functional exercises with load to the rhythm of music. It is not the class I usually attend, but it is a super complete and very entertaining class, perfect for this type of activity.
Mis amigas, entrenadoras y yo la pasamos buenísimo porque no solo hicimos lo que nos gusta en el sitio que nos gusta, sino que además pudimos compartir un rato adicional y aprovechamos nuestros atuendos para guardar momentos de recuerdo para el futuro ☺️❤️
My friends, trainers and I had a great time because not only did we do what we love in the place we love, but we were also able to share some extra time and take advantage of our outfits to save memories for the future ☺️❤️.
