Como todos los meses, o a veces cada 15 días, nos tocó salir a hacer compras de comida para nuestro hogar.

As we do every month, or sometimes every 15 days, it was our turn to go food shopping for our home.
En esta oportunidad quisimos ir a comprar en Forum supermayorista porque es un sitio que cierra tarde y normalmente a mi esposo y a mí nos da tiempo de salir a hacer mercado es ya en la noche, cuando terminamos de trabajar. Además de que el lugar es muy agradable, queda cerca de la casa y todo siempre está muy verde.
This time we wanted to go shopping at Forum super wholesaler because it is a place that closes late and usually my husband and I have time to go out to the market at night, when we finish work. Besides the fact that the place is very nice, it is close to the house and everything is always very green.
Normalmente, venimos para acá cuando se trata de comprar vegetales y frutas, pues me gusta que tienen vegetales muy muy frescos y que duran bastante en mi nevera. Además de que venden variedades de vegetales importados, que a veces me gusta comprar para hacer alguna comida especial.
Normally, we come here when it comes to buying vegetables and fruits, because I like that they have very fresh vegetables that last a long time in my fridge. They also sell a variety of imported vegetables, which I sometimes like to buy to make a special meal.
Como por ejemplo en esta compra incluí brotes de pakchoi y una bolsita de rúcula que me encanta para ponérselos a los sanguches o en ensaladas.

También me gusta de Forum que te ofrecen las frutas o verduras ya cortadas y empaquetadas en porciones pequeñas más económicas, y así muchas veces puedo comprar frutas que me gustan mucho, que en otros lugares por venderlas en presentaciones más grandes no las puedo comprar con tanta facilidad. Como en esta ocasión que agarré un paquetico de uvas que apenas costó $2.57
I also like the fact that Forum offers fruits and vegetables already cut and packaged in small, more economical portions, and this way I can often buy fruits that I really like, which in other places, because they sell them in larger presentations, I can't buy them so easily. Like this time I grabbed a package of grapes that only cost $2.57.
De la misma manera agarré un trozo de lechosa para mi esposo que es el único que come lechosa en casa, ya viene picada a la mitad y muy fresca, al igual que la auyama que también solo debo agarrar uno de los trozos ya cortados que sea de un buen tamaño para nosotros que solo somos dos en casa.
In the same way, I grabbed a piece of milk for my husband who is the only one who eats milk at home, it is already chopped in half and very fresh, as well as the pumpkin that I also only have to grab one of the already cut pieces that is of a good size for us who are only two at home.
La proteína también la pueden conseguir en estas presentaciones super cómodas de paquetes pequeñitos que para nosotros, que solo somos dos en casa, son buenísimas porque nos sirven para comprar la cantidad según las comidas que queramos preparar y ya vienen divididas y organizadas.

A nuestra perrita nos gusta darle proteína natural combinada con perrarina y en Forum solemos conseguir ya los paqueticos de mollejitas listos, también en bandejas para facilitarnos el trabajo de dividírselas y guardarlas en la nevera.
We like to give our puppy natural protein combined with perrarina and in Forum we usually get ready packets of gizzards, also in trays to make it easier for us to divide them and keep them in the fridge.
La verdad es que aunque nuestras compras no las solemos hacer todo el tiempo aquí en Forum, cuando venimos es porque queremos conseguir esta comodidad que el lugar nos ofrece, además de la frescura de sus vegetales.
The truth is that although we do not usually do our shopping all the time here in Forum, when we come here it is because we want to get this comfort that the place offers us, in addition to the freshness of its vegetables.
