Since I implemented a healthy lifestyle, my weight has also successfully decreased to normal, my blood pressure is also normal. But to achieve all that is not easy. Consistent application of food and drink intake is the most important thing.
Also, of course, I routinely do workouts, alternating in a week with weight lifting, cardio, and yoga.
I also have a detox drink recipe that I routinely drink every day. This recipe is suitable for my body and has shown good effects on my body.

On this occasion, I have a simple detox drink recipe made from ginger, lemon, and honey ingredients.
Ginger and lemon are powerful ingredients for body health. Among them are for body immunity, reducing body fat, also increasing body metabolism, and healthy digestion.
How to make this detox drink is also very easy. Like making brewed tea in general. Fun fact, you can also add other spices and herbs. Such as lemongrass, turmeric, and cinnamon.
Let's make my version of a detox drink.
The Ingredients
- a thumb size of ginger
- 2-3 slices of lemon
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 200 ml of water
Instructions
STEP 1
Clean the ginger and lemon. For ginger and lemon, no need to peel the skin. For ginger, you can scrape the outer skin with a spoon, or use a rough brush. Then, slice the ginger and lemon.
STEP 2
Boil water, then put the ginger and lemon in a serving glass. Pour boiling water over the ginger and lemon. Then cover the glass. Let it warm up.
STEP 3
After the ginger tea is warm, add honey. Then the ginger tea is ready to be served.
This ginger lemon honey tea can be drunk in the morning or at night before bed. For me, I drink this detox tea in the morning, before breakfast.
This detox drink feels light on my body. Warms my body, and also makes me able to defecate regularly. 😊
Of course, this requires difficult consistency. At first I only drank black coffee in the morning. But then, I found that ginger lemon honey tea made my body better.
Sometimes I make variations by adding sliced turmeric when my period is coming. I also add lemongrass, cinnamon, and coriander when the day before I consumed too much food that contains high fat.
