Super juicy grapes with unique coconut flavor.
If you like grapes, maybe you won't think that there are many people who don't like grapes. Including in my area.
Our country is not a provider of grapes with good tasting qualities. Even if it has good taste quality then it will be expensive. Many of our people don't like grapes because they have generalized all the types of grapes out there.
What about me? My best type of grapes actually comes from the green grape type from Japan "shine muscat" which is sweet and crunchy. But the price per kilo reaches $6-7.
For in genaral grapes that are purplish in color, I haven't found the best. As I will make roasted grapes this time it is a sour type of grape. So, I looked for other alternatives to enjoy these grapes.
Indeed, I don't always get the type of grapes that taste sour. But once I got sour grapes, I thought about mixing these grapes with other ingredients to manipulate or reduce the sour taste.
Have you ever heard of roasted grapes? Honestly, this is the first time I tried this method to eat grapes and I really liked it! It started when I got the idea from a video on YouTube that served grapes by roasting them and then serving them with toast.
Because I didn't have olive oil, I modified the recipe to use coconut oil in the liquid version.
The Ingredients
- 250 grams of grapes
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- salt to taste

Whoa, look at the results! I was really surprised with happiness when I took out the air-fryer basket from the air-fryer. The aroma of roasted grapes combined with coconut oil. Smells sooo good! I think I've found a new favorite scent after the smell of melted butter on bread dough.
For serving way, I use skewers to make it easier to enjoy. It feels fun to eat with children. :)
As soon as it entered my mouth, the grapes popped up and burst into a delicious combination of sour and sweet and savory flavors created from salt and coconut oil. On after taste, I felt a little warm. It's a strange sensation but I like it. :)
I think this is my newest favorite way to enjoy my sour grapes. This is very helpful for serving grapes when you have a lot of grapes in stock. You can also enjoy roasted grapes with toast for breakfast. So, what do you think about this variety of grape presentation? Do you want to try it?
Thank you for reading my blog and reblog if you want my blog this time worthy of reading by others.
