Come with me to a fancy restaurant in my city. The first fancy restaurant established in my city can be seen from the presentation of the food and also from the design of the place they designed.
This is not my first visit. This is my second visit to this fancy restaurant. Actually, what made me interested in revisiting this restaurant is because of the Happy Hours discount at certain times. On this occasion, I chose 4 pm to 6 pm (before dinner). So this is like a time to drink good coffee.
They provide a 2 dollar price package for some of the food they provide. 2 dollars for one portion of food and one portion of selected drinks available.
I ordered a hot coffee menu with special banana snacks. I think this is 2 dollars which is quite cheap in a fancy restaurant like this.
I think there is a special reason why they implement a discount on food and drink packages at Happy Hours every day. It can increase visits or the number of customers to this restaurant. It's just that, unfortunately most people in this city don't really care about the appearance of a luxurious restaurant.
The average economy of the residents here is middle to lower. So people here only care about the quality of taste and quantity, not the luxurious appearance of the food or the luxury of the place.
Indeed, there are some people who look for restaurants with a luxurious appearance for several occasions. For example, to celebrate important family gatherings or meetings with their business colleagues. It's just that, it's not too much because the city where I live is only a small town.
So, with this 2 dollar discount offer, it's quite good to give visitors the opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere of this place. Anyway, besides the 2 dollar package, there are also other packages for the main food types. In my opinion, it's also very worth trying.
Let's see what I ordered for the 2 dollar menu this time. First, I ordered banana snacks served with cheese and special sauce. The special sauce is called srikaya. srikaya sauce is a traditional Indonesian sauce made from egg, sugar, and coconut milk.
The banana is served fried with a thin crispy flour coating, but the inside is very soft. They use thin pieces so that the combination of banana and srikaya sauce blends well. Plus a soft cheese topping.
With a cheap price, of course with this much portion it is worth enjoying. It tastes really good! With the right level of sweetness and the quality of the cheese and special srikaya sauce is good. I don't regret trying to choose the menu offered for this 2 dollar discount.
Next, for hot coffee I ordered a hot cappuccino. As soon as I took a sip of this coffee, wow my eyes immediately felt fresh, wide open! As if I had new energy to continue my day.
The taste of the coffee is quite strong and not sweet, but of course not as bitter as Americano. One thing I regret is the latte art on this cup of coffee. I was expecting a good latte art. Unfortunately, I think they failed to make latte art, and they took the safe thing to sprinkle cappuccino powder on top.
Overall, I don't have much to complain about because I also enjoyed the 2 dollar menu that surprised me. The menu choices for the 2 dollar package are very varied, both food and drinks. Visitors have quite a lot of choices for the 2 dollars available.
