Hello, all my dear hiver friends! Today, I had this sudden craving for something delicious. As soon as I finished breakfast, I didn’t waste any time. I rushed straight to the market. There, I picked up some fresh fish for lunch, along with a variety of vegetables that would last me a few days. I also grabbed two whole chickens and some fresh fruit.

Excited to get started, I headed home and began what felt like my very own cooking show—haha! As I prepared everything, I could hardly wait to enjoy the combination of crispy fried tilapia and mixed veggies. It's been over a year since I had this meal, and I’ve missed it so much. There are so many benefits to eating this kind of dish every day. It’s said that if you eat such healthy food consistently, you’ll never get sick. That’s why people in my hometown, where they live off vegetables daily, often reach 80 years old with no issues like high blood sugar or blood pressure.

For the dish today, I mixed four varieties of vegetables. One of the most loved vegetables by Filipinos is moringa, or malunggay, which is packed with nutrients. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it at the market today! But I was able to grab brinjal (eggplant), ladies’ finger (okra), taro, and spinach instead. To enhance the flavors, I added slices of ginger, tomatoes, and white onions, and the crispy fry tilapia I added last! For the perfect seasoning, I added half a teaspoon of fish sauce and a chicken broth cube. The smell was absolutely mouthwatering, and I couldn’t wait to dig in.

NOTE: I’ am not claiming 100% all is true but we all knows that fruits and vegetables are good for our health, but some people like my husband aunty and cousin they don’t eat simply vegetable and fruits they will eat according they are blood type, according to them even the fruits and vegetable is healthy if not suitable on your blood type it won’t be healthy for you. Any way my husband cousin in Singapore is Dietician, so she has a say so hehe….
