Our Virtue
Britannica.com notes these as our virtues:
Humility, charity, chastity, gratitude, temperance, patience, diligence
These are obviously taken from the Bible and how relevant they still are in our modern lives is open to debate, but even if some are more relevant than others, we should all strive to try to be a good role model for our fellow citizens. More and more people on the planet also means more conflict, making this hard for some, but if we don't try to be patient or diligent, societies might fall into disarray.
It's Not About the Money
I have seen some great entries to this theme this week, and can't really add much, neither was I quite sure what songs I know that could fit this theme, and when I first thought of Jessie J's "Price Tag" I thought it to be a little too light hearted, but on second thought it grew on me that it is actually a pretty good match.
Money has always been the cause of trouble in the world, and that continues till today; too many people seek easy fame and stardom (and money), nowadays mostly online. Charity only comes in for some when this increases said fame; there are exceptions to this of course, as always.
Finally
This is a fairly new song for me, with its usual first recording flaws, but it's quite good fun and I hope, you like it!
