Going to the market on Friday morning is really fun, especially on Friday the weather always looks sunny which makes me so excited to explore the market. On the way I saw on the side of the road there were fruit sellers and it seemed that the fruits at these traders looked fresh which made me want to stop by to buy them.
It turns out that when you look closely there are many types of fresh fruit available here, the first thing that amazed me was the jamun fruit in this white basket, this jamun fruit looks like blueberries or grapes, but this is a different type of fruit with a different taste. unique and of course very delicious, this jamblang fruit is sold at $ 1 USD 1 kg.
Then I also saw that there were mini oranges that looked very fresh in a big basket and some were neatly arranged on the table, I could hold these 3 small oranges with one hand, some were wrapped in a plastic bag containing 1 kg. These small oranges are sold at a price of $ 1 USD 1 kg.
Besides oranges, there is a special mango fruit, in our area the name of this type of mango is Mango Lokmai, for the taste, there is no need to doubt it, this type of mango has very sweet flesh like honey, this Lokmai mango has a slightly expensive price, which is $ 1.2 USD 1 kg.
Apart from the Lokmai Mango, there is also the Tongdam Mango which is sold here, from the shape alone it looks different, this Tongdam mango has a sweet taste that is different from the Lokmai Mango, but this type of mango is sold at a cheaper price, which is $ 1 USD 1 kg.
No less tempting are the fresh avocados which also look neatly arranged here, the avocados aren't really big, but just looking at them makes me sweat, there are also examples of avocados that have been sliced, the flesh is really thick and nice, Avocado fruit is sold at a price of $ 0.7 USD 1 kg.
Then there is also a salak fruit that has just arrived this morning from the garden, from the skin of the fruit it already looks shiny which indicates that this salak fruit definitely has a sweet taste, this salak fruit is sold at a very cheap price, namely $ 0.7 USD 1 kg.
Well, this is the most tempting fruit for me, this is the rambutan fruit, rambutan is still very rare to find in the market today because the fruit is still rare and it's not yet the ripe season for this cute furry fruit. The price is still relatively expensive, namely $ 1 USD 1 kg. The flesh of the rambutan fruit is like a lychee fruit, but in my opinion it tastes sweeter and more delicious
The last fruit that amazed me that is also sold here is the kedongdong fruit, this type of fruit is very rare for me to find in the market because in general this fruit is not traded in the village and in the garden because in the village this kedongdong fruit has no price or is free, here the price is also cheap, namely $ 0.3 USD 1 kg.
After looking at all kinds of fruit I finally decided to buy 1 kg of oranges and 1 kg of Lokmai mangoes for $2.2 USD.
