One of the most memorable occasions for kids is when you award them for their greatest performance; it will undoubtedly motivate them and leave an impression on them for their entire lives.

That is why it is always our top focus at the Fatimiya Centre to recognize the brightest students on a monthly basis. If you can't do it on a regular basis, at least provide them after three months.

This will drive kids to study hard and do well in the future. Cash rewards were recently presented to kids in celebration of Eid Ghadeer.

The prizes were provided based on the best performance in class, including discipline, study, punctuality, and quiz responses.

We divided the incentives into two categories: overall class performance and those who provided right answers to the quiz.

The quiz was designed in such a way that the center's principal gave a brief speech, and students had to listen closely and concentrate because the questions were based on that speech.

At the end of the session, the kids were asked ten questions, and those who provided the proper answers were awarded cash prizes. This will be advantageous to them on two levels.

One is that students will get more knowledge by listening to the speech, and the other is that their confidence in answering questions will grow even more.

There were approximately 20 awards to be provided, 10 of which were granted for the best performance in class and the remaining ten for the quizzes answered.

I am grateful to the centre's supervisor for organizing such lovely events that will undoubtedly benefit students and help them gain confidence.

Cash prizes were handed at the end of the program, and the centre's principal cut a special cake. It was an incredible occasion that will be remembered forever.
