Are you unable to control your thoughts? Are you facing high blood pressure due to prevailing Negativity? Are you feeling weakness in your immunity? All these things are directly or indirectly linked with Mindfulness. If our mind is aware of our actions and anything happening in our surroundings, then we have good mental health regarding mindfulness. Reversely, if our mind is unaware of our actions and surroundings, then we need to treat our mind through Mindfulness Meditation. Different people adopt different methods for it according to their Culture and Religion. Mindfulness has a close connection with Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, and Islam. If you have mindfulness then you can better perform your religious practices.


Mindfulness Meditation


It is the training for practicing the mind to let go of negative thoughts. We focus on our inner side in a cool and calm environment.

Due to the Worst Inflation, Poverty, Starvation, and Wars, mind distractions are commonly witnessed. The whole world is running fast to facilitate itself with the best resources. To win this race, we all are busy striving for our Survival. We don't have time to focus on our thoughts. It is the main reason that several cases of psychological issues, mental disorders, and heart attacks have been reported in the current Century. Whether they are our adult, old, or young generation, they all are busy either in some practical activities or busy using electronic gadgets like Mobile, Laptop, and Tablets. We all need to practice Mindfulness Meditation if we want to maintain good health and enjoy life.

When I'm unable to fight and control negativity, I move towards a calm place. Being Muslim, I tried my best to divert my attention without judgment and count my exhalation and inhalation. I filter and sort out all negative thoughts. I repeat this practice for about 5 minutes three to four times a week. Sometimes I go for ten minutes and sometimes I go for thirty minutes. If my attention distracts, then I try to feel what is the movement rate of my lungs when I exhale air and what is the movement rate of my ribs when I inhale air.

Mindfulness Meditation not only helps me sort negativity for a cool mind and healthy body but also helps me improve my sleep-wake cycle. Now I'm happy to focus on several things easily. My Performance has been improved in controlling my aggression. Moreover, I'm feeling healthy and sound.

Mental Disorders are nowadays uncontrollable. We need to meditate our minds to save ourselves from big health risks. Mindfulness Meditation is very easy and can be practiced while listening to music or while driving. We can learn about its method and effectiveness from our Health Coaches. You need to save yourself from mental disorders by practicing mindfulness meditation. Through Meditation Application, I like to practice this meditation at home whenever I'm alone.
