What is legit in one religion can be Illegitimate in the other. People love to follow their religion and follow what is comfortable for them.
Whatever our religion will be, we all commit mistakes and sins. There will be hardly a person who has not sinned. Being human, we are surrounded by Mistakes. We are not Angle for we can't make mistakes. Anyway, there is a rule that I shall be punished for my mistakes and sins, not others. Today, I have decided to share one religious aspect about the responsibilities of parents and the sins committed by their kids; who is responsible?
Apparently, "No" children are not responsible for the sins of their parents, but they are responsible in reality. House is the first training house for the kids and they try to learn everything from their parents. It is the parent's responsibility how they differentiate between Goodness and Bad in front of their kids. They should teach their kids about humanity and the manners of a good living. They should teach about the sins and Punishment by God. Similarly, it is the responsibility of children to stop their parents from committing sins and mistakes. If our father is a looter or snatcher and we didn't try him to stop then we are also responsible for these deeds.
In Pakistan, one strange incident was reported. One nine-year-old kid was arrested for selling drugs. His father was drug-addicted. He used to instruct his son on the delivery of the drugs. During delivery, his son liked to use this drug like his father, while his father was not aware of it. Anyway, when this kid was presented in front of a Judge in Crime Court, he revealed the story that his father has a drug addiction, and he used to send him for drug delivery instead of school. The judge, instead of punishing him, ordered the arrest of his father and made strong instructions about judiciary remands for twenty days. Moreover, the judge also took the responsibility of raising this kid under his supervision. In the end, the father was punished for 10 years while the kid was adopted by the Judge.
Being a Muslim, I have strong faith that many sins are committed by kids, but their parents are equally responsible if they can save them from committing sins, but they have not tried regarding this. For example, we can save our kids from getting raped or rapping someone. If we are parents, then it is our responsibility to engage them with better people instead of permitting him or her to affect someone's life. Similarly, if our kids are drinkers or they have stolen money, then we need to punish them. If we don't punish or don't warn, then they will practice it at a high level. Surely, if they did this, then we need to catch parents also. Parents deserve punishment here, although 1-2% exceptions are always present.
Every country has clear roles about the responsibilities of parents in raising their kids. In many high-standard courts, parents got Punishment for the sins of their kids. It is not Injustice but we need to see the case strictly.
Parents are responsible and guardians of their kids. Before Adulthood in kids, parents are responsible for most of the mistakes committed by their kids. They deserved punishment and deserved to face criticism. After adulthood, children become mature, and we need to see the role of parents. If parents have the role but children have committed sins then we need to investigate parents as well. To be a father or a mother looked luxurious, but this status also brought a burden of responsibilities. If we want to save ourselves from Punishment in this world and Akherat, then we need to raise our kids well.
