Hello everyone and welcome to appointment number 24, in this appointment I draw the characters of the famous game @splinterlands with my own style. In today's illustration I wanted to draw Jared Scar, the original character is really cool and well done and his trailer is great. I decided to draw this anthropomorphic hippo with a powerful physique armed with his huge club. Below you can see the final result of my work and the original drawing that inspired me.

Making this character was fun and challenging at the same time. In this case I wanted to make the drawing with my classic comic style, in my opinion the character adapts very well to this style that I used, it highlights its strength and power. The creative process that I used starts from a quick preparatory drawing, thanks to which I can define the idea of the project, then I create the final drawing and only at the end I go to the coloring phase, first in spot colors then add lights and shadows.

Ciao a tutti e benvenuti all'appuntamento numero 24, in questo appuntamento disegno con il mio stile i personaggi del famoso gioco @splinterlands . Nell'illustrazione di oggi ho voluto disegnare Jared Scar, il personaggio originale è veramente bello e ben fatto ed il suo trailer è fantastico. Ho deciso di disegnare questo ippopotamo antropomorfo dal fisico possente armato della sua enorme clava. Qui di seguito potete vedere il risultato finale del mio lavoro e il disegno originale a cui mi sono ispirato.

Realizzare questo personaggio è stato divertente e stimolante allo stesso tempo. In questo caso ho voluto realizzare il disegno con il mio stile classico a fumetti, secondo me il personaggi si addice molto bene a questo stile che ho utilizzato, mette in risalto la sua forza e potenza. Il processo creativo che ho utilizzato parte da un veloce disegno preparatorio, grazie al quale riesco a definire l'idea del progetto, successivamente creo il disegno definitivo e solamente infine passo alla fase di colorazione, prima a tinte piatte poi aggiungo luci ed ombre.
