Hello everyone and Hivers!
If asked to choose between vacation, eating, traveling, what would you choose? If it were me, would choose all three at once! Maybe that would be a lot of fun. But, it will be more fun if it is done together with friends, it will be very empty if done alone.

So, this time I really want to share a lot of exciting experiences, when my two friends and I went on a short trip for 4 days in Bangkok. I will share many exciting things this time. Me, Niki and Adel planned our trip on the spur of the moment, without any neat plans, only with the recklessness of being young people.

This is our second day in Bangkok, after yesterday afternoon we landed safely at Don Mueang Airport, Bangkok, then we explored the city of Bangkok at night. This morning, we plan to go to the temple which is not far from the hotel where we are staying, then we have to go straight to Suvarnabhumi airport at 02.00 pm to depart again for Phuket.

This morning was really sunny, we walked for 20 minutes to get to Wat Arun. It turns out that the city of Bangkok is really beautiful and clean. Especially in the city center, access to Wat Arun is also very good. There were several taxis that offered us to go to the floating market, but unfortunately, my friends and I didn't plan for that, we also didn't have much time because we had to catch a flight to Phuket that afternoon.

After touring Wat Arun and being satisfied with the beauty and history of the temple, we looked for a bus to the airport, but unfortunately there were no buses going directly to the airport and we would change buses in the National Theater area. Using the information available on Google maps, we waited for the bus, which was right at the Wat Arun exit. But after 10 minutes of waiting, the bus never came.

Tempted by street food which is not far from the bus stop, there is a wheelbarrow that sells mangoes and oranges, we also buy it at 80 bath. The mangoes in Thailand are simply the best, sweet and sour just right and so fresh and soft in the bite. One of the must try in Thailand is to buy exotic fresh mangoes and fruit.

After buying mangoes, we asked the mango seller about the bus going to the National Theater and he said we could take any bus that stopped. Our trust in the mango seller is huge, because he is very friendly and also looks very good.

We got on the bus with confidence, seeing the time showed it was still 10.00 am, we were still very relaxed and felt safe. However, it turned out that we got on the wrong bus and as a result we had to turn very far, we even spent 1 hour to get around on the bus we were on, it turns out that our trust turned into disaster. Me and my two friends panicked, it's already 11.30 am and we are still far from the airport which is 1 hour away from where we are now.

The feeling of panic actually made us laugh, even though we were very afraid of missing our flight and at the risk of losing a lot with this trip, we still enjoy that feeling and think that traveling is our way to be happy, right?

The bus we took was the cheapest type of bus, maybe this is the bus provided by the Thai government. This is the first time I've taken a bus in Thailand, the bus looks like an old broken bus, but in fact the performance of the bus is very good, the driver often speeds up and makes my heart beat faster than usual. Even though it looks ugly, without air conditioning and scary, the bus that I took had a cheap fare, only 8 baht.

Actually there are things we can be grateful for from this trip, we were able to get around Bangkok by bus and get to know many interesting places such as Chinatown, Asiatique, Pratunam and Lumphini Park. We passed it by bus today, so that in the future we won't go wrong by bus again! Today's journey made me very hungry and thirsty, in fact, I almost missed lunch so that my two friends and I could hardly walk anymore. Just imagine, we've been around the city of Bangkok from 06.00 am.

After arriving at the National Theater bus stop, we waited 30 minutes for the S1 bus to come, and it turned out that we were misinformed, we shouldn't have waited at this bus stop. Then we decided to take an online taxi from the grab application. Luckily we finally arrived at the airport at 01.00 pm, not too late for boarding and after that we breathed a sigh of relief and decided to buy something to eat this day.
