I realized that a place where I usually go to drink coffee is actually a very nice place and worth writing about.
ESPRESSO LAB
It was opened in ISTANBUL/Merter on Sunday, September 11, 2022. espresso lab wants to open the biggest coffee shop in Europe and it succeeded. Espresso lab, which operates in more than 150 locations in Turkey, was built this time by transforming Turkey's first paper mill.

Yes, the entrance starts here, the place you see right in front of you is the place where coffee, sandwiches and desserts are made and sold. Why do I say it was made and sold? because they're really cooking there at that moment.

Coctail Bar

This is a cocktail bar, they make a lot of different non-alcoholic cocktails here,I don't like non-alcoholic cocktails, so I can't make this a recommendation, but it's usually very crowded inside, if you're undecided, they can give you a small glass to try.

OFFICE FOR YOU

And we are in my favorite place, they have made this office for people working online, there are 4-5 different rooms. In the rooms, free internet, plugs to charge your laptops, big TVs to connect your computer. meeting tables,. there is everything!

You don't have to be working, if you come with a large group of friends and want to sit in a quiet place away from other people and talk while drinking your coffee, so if you are looking for a home, this is the place for you. If you look carefully, you can see the people working online at that moment in the lower right part of the photo. They were so focused, I didn't want to go up to them and distract them. It was 11 am and still these rooms were full, I think they come too early to sit there.

ANOTHER COFFE SHOP

This place also only makes coffee, the reason why two coffee shops are in the same place is because in the first photo you see, there is a lot of people during the prime hours of the day and. This is exactly why they opened this second place, and people come here to get their coffee when it's busy. The ambiance of this place is a little different, you must have seen the candles on the table, they light those candles in the evenings and it becomes a more romantic ambiance.

FACTORY

Here is their factory where they prepare their coffee beans, the beans are prepared here and sold to people during the day, you can buy them as beans, the place you see at the top is just for that, you come here, tell the man standing there, and he prepares it for you. If you are undecided or don't understand coffee, he can make a small presentation for you. Speaking of a small presentation, they set up an auditorium just for this. Let me tell you about it.

AUDITORIUM

Here is a video broadcast that explains in detail how the company works and what stages it goes through. It is a very nice place for those who are curious. It was not hot at all inside, even sitting there was more enjoyable than sitting outside because outside was very hot.
