Planting vegetables comes with a lot of care cause at different point in its development process I have to do a thing or two to make sure it does not get exposed to pest and disease .

Fluted pumpkin has a risk of having one of this plant disease especially disease that affect the leaf part and stem part of the plant
Different disease and pest control methods come to mind I situations like this and since the last sets of fluted pumpkin that I planted on this same ground was ravaged by disease till it was completely down,I have to look for precautionary measures to cob any reoccurrence of the past disease on the plant
I have looked at it critically from different points of view part of it is the possibility of the disease coming from the ground it self since that was the first time I planted anything on that land
Since fluted pumpkin is a creeping plant I can avoid disease coming from the ground and also the water I am using to irrigate the plant since it is dry has to be clean just incase the disease is from the water supply
I will have to keep observing the plant for the time being to see if there will be any trace of disease.
