Rice transplanting in my farm

HELLO HIVE

Field work on my farm has gotten to a another stage right now and we are currently transplanting the rice that was initially on the nursing field to the main farm via the help for family and friends.rice work requires a lot of labour force and it makes more sense to have friends and family who will join hands together with me to make things a lot more easier.

The way we do rice work is very important, people will join hands together to focus on one farm and when they are done with that farm they move to another farm that way the work progress that is recorded is high .

The day before we will transplant the rice we normally uproot the rice and put their roots into the water that's in the farm since the farm is actually swampy and that way there won't be any need to uproot the rice the next day instead we can just go straight to the work on the farm and transplant the rice keeping good cognisance of the number of seeds per hole, the water level so the seedlings don't get swallowed up by the water in the farm and the time it will take for the seedlings to adapt to their new ground.

Depending on how nice and engaging you are in the community you can get lots of hands to help you and sometimes even people who you never expect will show up come in mass to help you and you have to provide food and water for them while you can decide to give them a little pay out of your own generosity, this kind of work is not a work and pay kind of thing it is more of people

helping each other, but when it comes to work that requires you making payments for their handworks they let you know and the expenses is usually high that's why it makes more sense to have a click of friends around you that can make that kind of sacrifice

Collective work like this often makes everything fast and easy.
Well done.

That is very true and at least you will have someone to communicate with
