In the midst of our busy lives, of course we take the time to relax for a moment in a coffee shop. This has become a tradition that I routinely do every day. Usually I drink coffee every evening and morning.
Yesterday, after carrying out my activities, I stopped at a coffee shop managed by my friend. Kebutlan I have made an appointment with a friend there.
Upon arrival, it turned out that my friend brought a bottle of sap water. Nira water is water taken from the Jantan fruit bunches. The sap that was brought yesterday was palm sap.
The process of taking it is the same as other sap, namely from the Jantan fruit bunches. Usually this water is processed into brown sugar. However, it is also often consumed raw and has a distinctive taste and contains protein.
For my colleagues and I, we often mix sap water and mix it with Arabica coffee. Because the sap was already available, we asked the barista to combine the sap that my friend brought with the Arabica coffee that was available there, more or less the process is like in the photo.
