Hello esteemed Hivers!
it’s with great excitement that I drop my introductory post here. It actually took me some understudy to properly start my journey here in this platform where great achievement are counted for.
I was introduced to hive by a great soul and friend with hive name @merit.ahama, I nicknamed her vocalist, because she is indeed one with a great voice. She is a wonderful individual with motivation and one who is always determine and hungers for greatness and great achievement in life. She has helped tremendously in guiding and coaching me in my first post on hive.
With my little idea about hive, I perceived it is a wonderful platform with huge opportunities and wide communities with much potential to aid personal development of an individual and presents individuals that are open and ready for challenge, changes and impact in life with possibilities for great success.
A Brief About Me.
I am Julius king O, a Nigerian hailing from a little town called Irrua in Edo state located in the South-South part of the country. I live in in the Ibafo, Ogun state currently where I completed my primary and secondary education and also a Lagosian by birth.
I am a graduate of Civil Engineering from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, though I'm not COREN registered but I'm looking forward to getting it and also having at heart to get a QHSE certificate to aid me stand my feet in my discipline, I own a degree in computer hardware in which I specialise in repair and maintenance of Hewlett Packard printers in Shalek Nig. Ltd. Ikeja lagos state.
I have learned skills such as Close circuit Television installation and maintenance of fire extinguishers with further interest in crypto.
Hopefully, I will be sharing my journey on that with you guys. I am passionate about improving myself as much as possible and I sense this is also a platform where the giant in me can be let loose. For great achievement and greater height.
Hobbies and interests.
I'm a lover of nature, vegetation, mountains and greenish environment and watching documentaries. I cherish and love to take pictures of natural environments. This helps me to really appreciate creation, the beauty of serenity around me and the awesomeness of God’s handwork.
I also love teaching - Teaching is also one of my passions. Though I am a graduate of Civil Engineering, with a B.ENG. I love teaching Mathematics, at least in the secondary school level (as it is called in Nigeria), that is the level that offers post-primary education in my country, Nigeria.
I am also engaged in teaching students part-time because of my love, passion and eagerness to see students helped and given proper foundation in their academic pursuit, especially in area of mathematics, physics, most students preconceived a wrong notion that the subject are difficult to learn and understand, in reality if properly guided and instructed on the principles and laws guiding virtually every topic and the mode of operation then everything becomes easy and simple to handle.
A lover of sport - I have a great passion for sport especially football in which I played at lower levels but was not opportune to play on a professional level.
