As we all know, the only thing stress does is affect one’s life (physical and emotional) negatively.
Stress is something everyone has to deal with, whether we like it or not.
Stress can be caused by many factors. Take money, for example. Money is important in life. It can also cause stress when one doesn’t have it, because the majority of our daily activities involve money in one way or another.
Stress can also come from one’s mind too. For example, worrying about things that are outside one’s control. Such worries can’t do anything good for one but cause stress.
Factors that cause stress vary in every individual. Part of it can be what I mentioned above or other factors.
Other factors that can also cause stress are relationships, marriage, exams, unemployment, family, and so on.
One of the things that causes stress for me is being unemployed. Not having a job in hand or capital to set up something for myself does stress me out. Although, I do always make sure it doesn’t weigh me down.
I sometimes do read, watch movies, or take a walk whenever I’m stressed out from thinking about it. Though my best way of handling stress is by sleeping, I do feel refreshed whenever I sleep and it helps me ease stress quickly.
Everyone has their own way of coping with stress. Some people handle it by talking to their close friends or family, while some people handle it by keeping it to themselves. Either way, the most important thing is that one should handle it and not let it weigh one down.
Stress can break one down or cause depression when one doesn’t find a way to handle it. So it is best for one to find a way to handle it.
In conclusion, stress is an unavoidable part of one’s life. Instead of allowing it to damage one’s physical or mental health, one should stay positive and enjoy life.
