I don't listen to a lot of music but I try to listen to music when I feel bad and I don't have much energy at work. Because when I'm in a bad mood, after listening to music, my mind slowly starts to get better and after a while the mood changes completely. Honestly it has happened to me many times and since then till now I listen to music when I am upset.
Does the song really have any effect on changing our mindset, what song really can change our mood. So if we are in a bad mood, should we listen to music regularly? Surely some questions like this may come up?
I see things a little differently because I myself don't listen to a lot of songs and I don't like songs very much. I know why I don't like listening to music very much. However, one person advised me to listen to music if the mood is very bad and the mood changes at least a little bit.
