Hello hive people,

Today I’m going to share my version of one of the character from 1984 Redux collection.

I hope y’all are having a great day, for me it was not that great, I didn’t sleep that great last night. From time to time i get lost in my own thoughts, there’s so many voices in my head that won’t let me sleep at night. It’s so hard for me to sleep, my mind just doesn’t stop thinking about the worst situations.
I can’t help it , but in these situation only my art can calm me down. When i start to draw every thought of mine seems to calm down. That’s why i love to draw mostly at nights.

Let’s see how i made this one.

STEP- 1

Firstly i sketch my work. This time i used different colours while sketching, so that it will be easy for me to paint him later. I use the studio brush for sketching.

STEP- 2

Then i start to paint his face and played around with shadows here.

STEP- 3

Here i choose 2 different tone for his hair. I think it looks quite nice here.

STEP- 4

Then I painted his clothes and his rings, i tried to give some dimensions there.

STEP- 5

I choose the background to be black, And finished colouring him.

STEP- 6

Here I finished colouring rest of the drawing. Then i added my signature flare on to his ring, earrings and neck piece.

FINAL RESULT -

Here’s the completed sketch. i made a little skull tattoo on his neck, I thought it will make him look a little more badass type character as that’s the vibe we’re going for him. Added another on to his t-shirt as well. Then i finished it by giving him some final touches.
I really liked how it turned out.
