Have you ever felt so inspired and motivated that you feel at that moment that(Let me make use of Bruno Mars' words in his music "Just the way you are" the world stops and stares for a while. Unmoving, unblinking...the world just stood still and watched. Oh yeah, that's how music makes me feel.
The power of music in my life is an intoxication that I gladly recognise and give accolades to because of the warmth and peace it surrounds me with. How it understands my mood and motivates me that for one, when I start singing, it feels like I am in the Opera performing in the presence of millions who are just there with silence on their lips as they are filled with emotions as I sing.
Beautiful, init? Today is another day. A day to be grateful, and I sang and danced that it awed me. I am happy to be seeing this month. The start of a new month ✨️ and the enriching values it has bought my way and more to come. You know, when words aren't just enough to say how we feel deeply, music always saves the day.
So, with music today, I decided to go all African with Waje, a Nigerian singer. More about her...
Aituaje Aina Vivian Ebele Iruobe, known professionally as Waje, is a Nigerian singer. She is a native of Akure, the capital of Ondo state in Nigeria.
With tunes from her, I am also celebrating her birthday as she was born on September 1, 1980. Her music, dance moves, and rap make her song always right on track.
So inspired; Waje ft Muna.
Worries; Waje.
Lock up; Waje.

Peace be unto those who crave it and more to those who chase it away.
