Good day great hive minds would love to know that y'all are good. I'll love to share with y'all what I've learnt for these few days I've been sick.
It's been almost a week now that I've been under medications and I've not really been in full shape and all credits should probably go to the mosquitos that have invaded my privacy at home...lol
Being sick made me figure out some of the fastest ways to recover as I still had to go back for my makeup tutorials which has to do with stamina, strength and seriousness.
Some remedies to recover quickly
1). Stay hydrated:
Water is life just as people say, and the more I drank water, I felt refreshed and stronger. But other than water, warm lemon water with horny, clear broth or juice from oranges or cucumbers helps loosen congestion, regulate temperature, prevents infections and helps our organs function properly.

2). Rest more / sleep:
Our bodies need rest to heal, resting reduces stress, improves our mood therefore, making us forget about the sickness, resting reliefs us of chronic pain, improves our immune health and provides us with better memory for performance. I figured this out when I tried not doing much at home or at work and discovered that I felt better, relieved and more active the next day.

3). Eat nutritious food:
I'm a kind of person that prefers to to take junk than food even when they make me look quite fat I still like taking them but during this period of my Little sickness, I realized that eating nutritious food with garlic, ginger, vegetables and fruits supports our muscles, boosts our immunity and keeps our skin including other organs much more healthy.

4). Stay around people that show you love and make you happy:
Laughter is seen as the greatest medicine. When you are happy, you forget about worries, stress, things that makes you feel sick therefore staying more stronger than you've been. Staying with my mum makes me more happy as she tends to make me laugh and happy throughout ☺️
