A week journey with coffee

Hello my coffee lovers, its me once again @beauty197.
Lets take a walk to a my weekly journey with coffee.

After a very long week weekend is here but not always easy to wake up and get ready for work on Monday morning, i need motivation and coffee is that good motivator.

I went to the a shop that sells coffee on Sunday evening to get my coffee because i wouldn't want any excuses on a Monday morning when i will desire to have my coffee.

Lets prepare just a cup of coffee.

Yes I woke by 5:30am as usual, i decided to do some study project in my weekly schedule, this study project took me off this 20th century to the time of the old, i kept digging till i came to realize what happened, why it happened and the lesson for me living in the 21st century.

The lesson was that i should learn to appreciate sacred things, i should always know what is important and place it where it belongs.

I jumped into the kitchen

Thats my camp gas cooker, 3kg in size with my 5liters kettle ontop.

Would you like to hear that this kettle is 12yrs old and the gas cooker is 9yrs old, but i still love them and I don't fill like disposing them, thats by the way.

So I added a cup of water in the kettle and boiled it to 100 degree's, then i poured it into my cup, added my coffee and i was good to go.

Immediately i remembered something that happened to me last week and i didn't want that to repeat itself again.
Last week Monday i had just a cup of coffee and forgot to get some breakfast, i felt nothing till late in the evening when i experienced a terrible stomach ache, then it occurred to me that i haven't had anything for breakfast, and it was very late, that really affected my health soo bad.

So today i decided to get just something little for breakfast.

Funny enough i haven't been so active like my usual self whenever i take coffee, i think maybe the bread and butter made the coffee inactive, tho am not too sure.

But i concluded this because i know butter has a lot of fat in it and bread is also a bit fatty maybe that's why am feeling sleepy and tired even after taking coffee, i was even tempted to take more than just a cup but i remembered how i would have lost my life years back due to excessive caffeine so i sticked to just one cup.

My Monday was pretty good tho i couldn't achieve all i had in mind but at least i enjoyed a hot cup of coffee.

So i skipped Tuesday and had another cup on Wednesday morning, i also desired to have another cup on Thursday morning but something came up and rushed out of the house.

So i also had just a cup on Friday and its weekend , so what will happen?

My Saturday morning.

Do i need coffee in a Saturday morning?
Yes i really do because there are soo much i need to and am tired after the whole week stress so i needed a motivator and thats no other than my cup of coffee..

Some people might say its not wise to take coffee on a weekend, what do you think? Lets talk about it on the comment section.

Whoever is saying that you should not have coffee on the weekend is wild in my opinion! What is better than a coffee on a slow Sunday morning, or as an afternoon pick me up while running Saturday errands? For me these coffees are the most satisfying, and I would never give them up!

Of course, I also do not limit myself at all with coffee, I seem to be immune to over caffeination lol... So, perhaps my feelings on this are quite biased 🙃

Maybe because weekends should be for having enough sleep 🥱🥱, not a time to be too active.
