My first week in Lagos

in #hive-164166last year

All my life I have been living in Aba Abia state and I thought am a city babe little did I know that babe get levels, Omo when I arrived in Lagos I now say that my level of babe is different from that of Aba and I shock, let me explain more
Remember I just got married so two things involved am the latest wife and the high level babe for my mind, I didn't know that I was a mugu when compared to Lagos babe.

First disgrace was my dressing.

It was Sunday morning and our first day of service so I had my bath and dressed up, in my mind I was thinking that am hot like hot hot and no one is going to dress to my level and honestly no one did because am out of track, little did I know that the combination of my clothing and shoe is out of the way and my human hair was known as sponge here in Lagos.

I left home to service and was doing shakara I was full of myself not knowing people were saying:
E be like say this one come from the village oooo Meaning that am a local babe meanwhile I was thinking am the hottest.
To make it worse I didn't see anyone with my type of hair so that made me to believe that am the hottest.
After few days, I got a new friend and we were discussing she just said to me "Please do not combine more than 3 colors code in your dressing because it's out of point" I was like ahhhhhhh are you for real, she continued by saying "and that your wig abeg na sponge, is better you just weave your natural hair than wearing that sponge"
I just screamed heeeeeeeeewwww was that the reason why people were gazing at me and they will be saying chai this one doesn't know whats upooooo.

Na so I still continued to disgrace my village people.
After few weeks I got a job on the island and I was very happy so the first morning I dressed up to my best of ability but now I wasn't feeling that am a hot babe I was humbly, I left for work as I just got to the gate the security guy welcomed me and I walked in, I was paying attention to what the security guy was telling his friend so the next thing I heard was " E be like say she no get mirror for house " haaaaaaaaaa I immediately I knew something was wrong with my dressing so I approached the receptionist and asked her, she told me that you don't combine check trouser or skirt with flowered top and I was wearing red check with red flowered top, hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah hahahahah Aba hot babe.

Second disgrace.

In Aba the most distance place you can go to is osisioma but Lagos is very big inshort Lagos is two of Aba and I didn't know and to make it worse the public transporter are soooo impatient so one day I went to the market and after buying all I went to buy, I heard a bus shouting a particular bustop so I jumped in, vuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum I saw myself at Orile ahhhhhhh and am going to Aguda I started crying and saying please carry me back people around now said "Chai she be JJC" which means Journey just come, I said when will this disgrace end, finally people helped me to find my way home and I was happy.

Today I don't have sponge as wig again and I can go to any part of Lagos without fear of getting loss, and finally I was seek advice when it comes to dressing and I majorly as those office worker, I always pay attention to peoples dressing so as to learn more.

Believe it or not migration go humble you.
