Grilled fish, a very healthy delicacy for an evening out with friends


Hello my dear friends from Foodies Bee Hive, in this post, I will be telling you how to prepare an exquisite grilled fish.

A few weeks ago, I told you in a post for Pinmapple that we had made a grilled Chicken Fish with a friend, but I never told you how to get it. So I decided that the next time I made something like this, I would make a photo archive to share with this great food community.

This time we grilled another fish: Gatuzo. although the sabr was not even similar, as the latter had too strong an aroma, the procedure is the same.

There are two things that fascinate me about grilling fish, one is the speed with which the food is ready, and the other is the quality of what you eat, since fish is one of the healthiest foods, especially for its unsaturated fats (or omega 3 acid), which fights the bad or LDL cholesterol in the human organism.

Pescado a la parrilla, una delicia muy saludable para una noche entre amigos


hola mis queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, en este post, estaré contando cómo preparar un exquisito pescado a la parrilla.

Hace ya unas semanas, les contaba dentro de un post para Pinmapple que habíamos hecho con una amiga un Pez Pollo a la parrilla, pero nunca comenté el cómo obtenerlo. Por eso decidí que la próxima vez que hiciera algo así, realizaría un archivo fotográfico para compartir con esta grandiosa comunidad de comidas.

En esta ocasión asamos otro pescado: Gatuzo. aunque el sabor no fue ni parecido, pues este último tenía un aroma demasiado fuerte, el procedimiento es el mismo.

Hay dos cosas queme fascinan de hacer pescado a la parrilla, una es la velocidad con la que la comida está lista, y la otra es la calidad de lo que uno come, ya que el pescado es uno de los alimentos más saludables, en especial por sus grasas insaturadas (o ácido omega 3), que combate al colesterol malo o LDL existente en el organismo humano.

To make this delicacy, first wash the fish and place it in plenty of lemon juice. To this you can add pepper, oregano, a pinch of salt (salt will be added when grilling it, otherwise it would absorb it very quickly and remember that the fish, if it is from the sea, already comes with a salty taste).

Before starting the cooking, prepare the famous "fuego de asado", very characteristic of Argentina, from which the embers will be made to roast.

The fish is left in the juice for about 6 hours and then it is placed in aluminum foil to put it on the grill. It is important to mention that the grill must have been previously heated very well, placing it on the fire.

Another option is to do it without aluminum foil, but for my taste it dries too much. In this case, the fish is placed directly on the grill, at the risk of sticking due to the tenderness of the skin and its leanness.

If you have chosen to use aluminum foil, leave it there and grill it.

It is necessary to wait about 10 minutes to turn the fish directly, and about 15 minutes to turn the fish in aluminum foil. So in 20 - 30 minutes, the fish will be ready and well cooked to enjoy it.

Para hacer esta delicia, primero hay que lavar al pescado y colocarlo en abundante jugo de limón. A esto se le puede agregar pimienta, orégano, una pizca de sal (luego se colocará sal al asarlo, sino la absorbería muy rápido y recordemos que el pescado, si es de mar, ya viene con un sabor salado).

Antes de empezar con la coccion, se prepara el famoso fuego de asado, muy característico de Argentina, a partir del cual se harán las brasas para asar.

Se deja el pescado en el jugo unas 6 horas y luego se coloca en papel aluminio para meterlo a la parrilla. Es importante mencionar que la parrilla debe haberse calentado muy bien previamente, colocandola en el fuego.

Otra opción es hacerlo sin papel aluminio, pero para mi gusto se seca demasiado. En este caso, se coloca directamente el pescado sobre la parrilla, a riesgo de que se pegue por la ternura de la piel y por lo magra que es.

En caso de haber optado por el papel aluminio se deja allí y a la parrilla.

Hay qu esperar para el que está directo, unos 10 minutos para darlo vuelta, y al que se encuentra en papel aluminio, unos 15. Por lo que en 20 - 30 minutos, el pescado estará listo y bien cocido para disfrutarlo.

It can be served with all kinds of salads. In this case we chose to do something very traditional, which is to throw some vegetables directly into the fire. Then you take them out, wait for them to cool down and peel them.

In this way, we had squash and onion on the fire, the latter mixed with some tomato.

Puede acompañarse de todo tipo de ensaladas. En este caso elegimos hacer algo muy tradicional, que es hechar algunas verduras al fuego directamente. Luego se sacan de allí, se espera a que se enfríen y se pelan.

De este modo, comimos zapallo y cebolla al fuego, esta última mezclada con un poco de tomate.
