I really don't know if this kind of people are found in other part of the world or it is just the country I find myself. There seems to be some certain type of people who brags about a particular argument and believes nothing will happen especially when the argument seems kind of impossible.
Instead of such people to maintain the argument, they will go as further to bring a particular suggestion that if the impossible situation eventually happens they will do something crazy which then involves what they will do.
This kind of impossible situation can be seen in football matches most times because that is where the argument mostly comes from. There was a particular day I was watching a match in a viewing centre and then a bigger team was leading his opponent 3-0 and then someone said the smaller team might still drew or win this game which seems kind of impossible but possible.
When he said that someone then challenge him that it is impossible and that if it eventually happens he will naked himself and dance naked in the street. No one really took his words serious but when he said everyone was his witness then people took it very serious.
Behold I didn't understand what really happened that day because the smaller team became the stronger in the match where they came back to win the match. It was really a surprised to everyone because most people bet the game and played the favourite and bigger team to win.
The guy who bragged about dancing naked wanted to escape lol but behold people grabbed him and made sure he fulfill that promise by dancing naked lol. Though he wore boxers and singlet when dancing without music but it was a great day because he learnt his lesson not to brag about things anymore lol.
